**The Opportunity:**

CSR is seeking an experienced **Distribution Centre Manager** to lead our **Mawson Lakes** operation. Reporting to the Logistics team, you'll be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and customer\-focused warehouse and transport operations while driving continuous improvement and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead day\-to\-day DC operations including receiving, warehousing, inventory, dispatch and transport. * Drive safety, compliance and operational excellence across the site. * Manage budgets, KPIs and service performance to improve efficiency and reduce costs. * Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and key internal stakeholders. * Leverage WMS and inventory systems to optimise productivity and stock accuracy. * Lead, coach and develop a high\-performing team. * Champion Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

* 5\+ years' experience leading warehouse and transport operations. * Proven ability to build and develop engaged, high\-performing teams. * Strong commercial acumen and problem\-solving capability. * Experience managing inventory, logistics systems and operational KPIs. * Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies. * Safety\-focused with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
