Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the recruitment process by maintaining candidate databases and tracking hiring progress.

Onboarding & HR Operations

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation in the HRMS.
  • Support day-to-day HR administrative activities and ensure data accuracy.

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities.
  • Support internal communication and employee wellness programs.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance employee experience and workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
