Culture is seeking a Guest Experience \& Operations Manager to join the fun, energetic, and effortlessly beautiful environment catering to Lakeway's lakeside community. The ideal candidate loves the beauty industry and is energized by working in a dynamic salon environment.
**Position Overview:**
The Guest Experience \& Operations Manager plays a key supporting role in the overall operations of the salon. This position works closely with the Salon Manager to ensure day\-to\-day tasks are executed smoothly while helping to create an environment that reflects the salon’s brand, culture, and service standards.
**Key Responsibilities:** **Client Experience \& Front\-of\-House**
* Lead and support the concierge/front desk team to ensure outstanding customer service. * Assist with handling customer feedback, concerns, and relationship management. * Support concierge team training and performance development.
**Team Support \& Operations**
* Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and orientation of new team members. * Help train concierge/front\-of\-house staff to align with salon service standards. * Support in developing and improving standard operating procedures and workflows.
**Marketing \& Brand Presence**
* Assist \& support coordination and execution of in\-salon events and promotions.
**Inventory \& Vendor Management**
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering salon products and supplies. * Maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost\-effective purchasing.
**Salon Environment \& Aesthetic**
* Assist with maintaining and enhancing salon decor and overall ambiance to ensure a clean, stylish, and welcoming space.
**Qualifications:**
* 1 year of experience in a customer\-facing role, preferably in the salon, beauty, or hospitality industry. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience in team leadership or staff training is a plus. * Detail\-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics and atmosphere. * Comfortable using POS systems and basic office software.
