This role is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, coordination, and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with project teams, contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes**Job Description**

**About the Role:**

* Assist in managing end\-to\-end MEP project execution, including planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting. * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth implementation of MEP works. * Review MEP drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submissions for compliance with project requirements. * Monitor project progress, quality standards, budget utilization, and resource allocation to achieve project milestones. * Conduct site inspections, progress reviews, and ensure adherence to safety regulations and statutory requirements.

**About You:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 10\-14 years of experience in MEP project management, construction, fit\-outs, or building services. * Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection systems, and MEP coordination. * Experience in managing contractors, consultants, and multiple stakeholders on large commercial, residential, industrial, or data center projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, Microsoft Office, and project reporting tools. * Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem\-solving, and project coordination skills.
