Job Title: Interior Designer & Execution Head
Location: New Alipore, Kolkata, West Bengal (In-person)
Pay Range: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
About the Role
We are urgently looking for a qualified, highly experienced Interior Designer & Execution Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design concepts and site execution, taking full ownership of 2D/3D , client communication, site Inspection & team management.
Key Responsibilities
- CHECKING & GUIDING detailed 2D layouts, working drawings, and accurate 3D visualizations/renderings.
- Lead end-to-end site execution, ensuring quality control, adherence to timelines, and workflow coordination for designing
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and troubleshoot designing challenges.
- Communicate smoothly with clients, designers, supervisors & management
Must-Have Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in interior Project execution and 5 years in interior design.
- Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3ds Max, and MS Office (Excel/Word).
- Languages: Trilingual fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is required.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) for site visits.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of interior materials, application techniques, and market pricing., themes , conceptualization,
- Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills.
