Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The officer will also support customer acquisition, retention, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate products or services.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Follow up with customers regularly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate new customer leads through calls, referrals, visits, and networking.
- Support customer onboarding and documentation processes.
- Promote relevant company products and services to customers.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate customer information and records in the CRM/system.
- Follow up on pending applications, payments, renewals, or documentation.
- Achieve assigned customer service and business targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly customer interaction and sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, banking, NBFC, insurance, or relationship management.
- Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills can also apply.
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
