**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Customer Service \& Sales Executive fluent in both English and Turkish to join our team. **Duties**
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat. * Conduct accurate data entry to maintain up\-to\-date customer records and sales information. * Provide personalised product or service recommendations to maximise customer satisfaction and sales opportunities. * Utilise communication skills to build rapport with clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions. * Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services during customer interactions. * Analyse customer feedback and behaviour to improve service delivery and sales strategies. * Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while ensuring excellent service standards. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer experience.
**Qualifications**
* Native level English and fluent Turkish are essential. * Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided. * Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities. * Analytical skills to interpret customer data and identify sales opportunities. * Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services effectively while maintaining professionalism. * Organised with the ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment. * A positive attitude, team\-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to problem\-solving are essential for success in this role.

**Salary \& Benefits**
