CVSG is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Foreman to lead the electrical package on a 192-apartment high-rise residential tower on the Gold Coast.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee all electrical works from construction through to completion. Working closely with Project Managers, builders and key stakeholders, you will be responsible for driving safety, productivity, quality and programme outcomes across the project.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising electrical teams onsite
- Coordinating daily labour, materials and site activities
- Managing installation works including cable tray, conduit, rough-in, fit-off and commissioning
- Reading and interpreting plans, drawings and project specifications
- Liaising with builders, project managers, consultants and other trades
- Monitoring project progress, workmanship and key milestones
- Ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and site safety requirements
- Mentoring electricians and apprentices to deliver quality outcomes Maintaining a strong focus on safety, productivity and project delivery
- What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current Queensland Electrical Licence
- Current Driver's Licence
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman on large-scale residential or commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of multi-storey electrical installation methodologies
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schedules and specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Strong planning and coordination capabilities
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality The ability to build strong relationships with project stakeholders and site teams
