We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-end Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. As a Senior Front-end Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing user interfaces for our web applications, ensuring an exceptional user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and back-end engineers, to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new user-facing features, ensuring responsiveness, performance, and scalability.
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement modern, intuitive, and visually appealing designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Work closely with back-end engineers to integrate APIs and other services into front-end applications.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, reviewing code and offering constructive feedback.
- Continuously improve front-end development processes and stay updated on emerging technologies and trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high performance and user satisfaction.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
