CyberGate Defense is seeking an experienced, highly skilled Red Teaming Specialist to join our elite offensive security operations team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is an immediate, high-visibility role for a proven operator capable of executing stealthy, complex adversary simulations against large-scale enterprise environments.

🕵️♂️ The Mission (The Role)
You will design and lead advanced internal and external Red Team operations. Your goal is to simulate Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs) to rigorously test and challenge our clients' defensive capabilities. You must operate undetected, evade modern defensive controls (EDR/SIEM), and successfully execute lateral movement and privilege escalation without triggering alarms.
🔑 Mandatory Skills & Experience
- The Sourcing Standard: 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in Red Teaming and Offensive Security.
- Stealth & Evasion: A proven track record of executing stealthy operations with a strict "0trace" methodology.
- Engagements: Deep, demonstrable experience running both internal and external Red Team engagements.
- Web Penetration Testing: Expert-level skills in breaking Web Applications.
- Mobile Security: Solid, working knowledge of Mobile Application Penetration Testing (both iOS and Android platforms).
- Technical Stack Mastery: Advanced command of Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Nmap.
- Active Directory Domination: Deep understanding of AD exploitation, lateral movement, Kerberoasting, and privilege escalation techniques.
- Scripting for Bypass: Proficiency in developing custom scripts/tools in Python, PowerShell, or Bash to bypass standard defenses.
- Reporting: Excellent ability to write clear, actionable technical reports and communicate complex security risks to both engineers and C-level stakeholders.
- Framework Alignment: Practical familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and OWASP testing methodologies.
🌟 Preferred Qualifications (The Edge)
- Prior experience in Exploit Development, specifically identifying and reporting original CVEs or 0-day vulnerabilities.
