Role Description
We are looking for an experienced **Graphic Designer** with a minimum of **2 years of professional experience** to join our creative team.
The ideal candidate should possess strong design fundamentals, excellent visual storytelling skills, and the ability to independently execute creative projects across digital and print platforms. You will work closely with our creative directors, marketers, photographers, videographers, and clients to deliver compelling visual content that elevates brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Design high\-quality social media creatives, advertisements, branding materials, and marketing collateral. * Create visually appealing brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, packaging, and promotional materials. * Develop brand identities including logos, typography systems, color palettes, and brand guidelines. * Design creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, websites, and e\-commerce platforms. * Collaborate with the marketing, content, and production teams to execute campaigns efficiently. * Prepare print\-ready artwork and coordinate with production requirements when necessary. * Edit images, retouch photographs, and create digital illustrations. * Maintain consistency across multiple client brands and projects. * Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. * Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI\-assisted creative tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
* Minimum **2 years of professional experience** in Graphic Design. * Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and design quality. * Expert knowledge of: * Adobe Photoshop * Adobe Illustrator * Adobe InDesign
Good understanding of:
* Typography * Layout Design * Color Theory * Branding Principles * Print Design * Experience designing for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. * Ability to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into compelling visuals. * Excellent time management and communication skills. * Attention to detail and commitment to producing high\-quality work.
Preferred Skills
Candidates with experience in any of the following will have an added advantage:
* Adobe After Effects * Adobe Premiere Pro * Motion Graphics * Figma * UI/UX Design * AI design tools * Illustration or Digital Art
