Job Summary
Client is seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to manage vulnerability scanning platforms, patch management technologies, security automation, and network security operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in vulnerability assessment, risk-based prioritization, infrastructure security, and security monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, configure, and optimize vulnerability scanning and assessment platforms.
- Manage patching technologies and support vulnerability remediation efforts.
- Build and maintain test environments to validate security tools, patches, and configurations.
- Develop automation scripts, dashboards, and reporting capabilities to improve security operations.
- Support security operations in air-gapped and restricted network environments.
- Prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk, severity, and potential business impact.
- Support infrastructure security, threat intelligence, security monitoring, and incident response activities.
- Analyze network traffic and troubleshoot security-related issues.
- Apply network security principles, including segmentation, protocols, and secure communications.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to strengthen the organization's security posture.
