Job Summary
Cybez is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns, optimize performance, lead team members, and drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
- Improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and maximize conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Guide junior team members and manage campaign deliverables.
- Communicate performance insights and strategies to clients.
- Collaborate with creative and website teams to improve conversions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and CAPI.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, and CPC.
- Strong analytical, communication, client management, and leadership skills.
