**Job Description:**

As a Creative Designer at CYC Group, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across various platforms. You will be responsible for leading design projects, creating compelling graphics and 3D designs, Video editing, making AI videos and collaborating with cross\-functional teams to deliver outstanding results. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Design Leadership:** * Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high\-quality and timely delivery. * Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing materials, advertisements, websites, social media, events, and product packaging. * **3D Design:** * Create visually stunning 3D designs and renderings for product prototypes, event setups, and hotel interiors. * Utilize advanced 3D modeling software to bring concepts to life with realistic textures, lighting, and animations. * **Collaboration:** * Work closely with marketing, product development, event planning, and hotel management teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions. * Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs. * **Brand Consistency:** * Maintain and enhance the visual identity of CYC Group, ensuring consistency across all design outputs. * Develop and update brand guidelines to reflect the evolving brand image. * **Quality Assurance:** * Ensure all designs meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency. * Conduct final reviews and approvals of design work before publication or production.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Creative Design, Visual Arts, 3D Design, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic and 3D design, preferably in a senior or lead role. * Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, including graphics and 3D work. * Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp), AI Videos. * Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and 3D rendering techniques. * Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment. * Exceptional attention to detail and problem\-solving skills. * Strong communication and presentation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience in motion graphics, video editing \& AI Video. * Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles. * Familiarity with WordPress/HTML/CSS and other web design tools.
