Your responsibilities

Designing SQL database architectures and solutions

Defining database standards and best practices
-
Designing scalable, highly available and high-performing environments
-
Reviewing existing architectures and recommending improvements

Making technical design decisions and providing architectural guidance

Cooperating with database, infrastructure and application teams
Requirements
-
Senior-level experience with SQL databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL)
-
Proven experience in database architecture / solution design
-
Strong knowledge of HA/DR, performance, scalability and security
-
Experience designing complex enterprise database environments
-
Ability to lead technical discussions and make architecture decisions
-
Very good English
Nice to have: PostgreSQL, Linux, database automation.
