Job Purpose
We are looking for a visionary, user-obsessed, and versatile Senior UI/UX Designer with 5 to 10 years of experience designing high-impact digital products across both web applications and mobile platforms (iOS & Android).
In this role, you will own the end-to-end design lifecycle of our core digital products—transforming complex workflows and ambiguous business problems into seamless, intuitive, and visually stunning user experiences. You will bridge user research, interaction design, and visual craftsmanship while collaborating closely with product managers and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Product Design (Web & Mobile)
- Web App Design: Architect scalable, data-dense, and responsive web application interfaces (dashboards, SaaS platforms, complex data workflows) optimized for performance and usability.
- Mobile App Design: Design native mobile application experiences (iOS & Android) adhering to Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and Material Design principles, focusing on touch targets, thumb zones, and mobile-first micro-interactions.
- User Journey & Architecture: Create information architectures, user flows, wireframes, and interactive low-to-high fidelity prototypes to test and validate concepts quickly.
2. User Research & Data-Driven Strategy
- Discovery & Testing: Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability testing sessions, and competitive audits to uncover deep user needs, pain points, and behavioral insights.
- Continuous Iteration: Analyze post-launch product analytics, heatmaps, and funnel drop-offs to drive continuous, data-backed design improvements.
3. UI Craftsmanship & Design Systems
- Visual Excellence: Deliver pixel-perfect UI layouts, typography structures, and accessible color schemes that elevate brand identity across all device screens.
- Design System Ownership: Build, scale, and maintain comprehensive cross-platform Design Systems and component libraries (tokens, responsive grids, shared UI kits) in Figma to ensure design consistency between web and mobile.
- Accessibility (a11y): Ensure designs meet WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA standards for web and mobile accessibility.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
- Engineering Handoff: Partner seamlessly with frontend and mobile developers, providing detailed specs,responsive layout rules, and design tokens to ensure flawless implementation.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Present design strategies and rationales clearly to product leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior/mid-level designers on best practices for cross-platform app design.
Required Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a proven, verifiable track record of launching and scaling both web applications and mobile apps.
- Portfolio Requirement: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing live web apps and mobile apps, detailing your end-to-end design process (research, wireframes, user testing, design system usage, and final screens).
- Design Tools: Expert-level mastery of Figma (Advanced Auto Layout, component variants, cross-platform prototyping). Familiarity with user testing and analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Hotjar, Maze).
- Technical Literacy: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend/mobile constraints (React,Flutter, or native iOS/Android layout logic) to ensure seamless engineering collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent practical experience.
