Your tasks:
- Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for R&D activities
- Analysis of budgets, actual costs and variances, including identification of cost drivers
- Analysis and monitoring of R&D resources, costs and outsourcing activities
- Preparation of financial analyses, forecasts and management reports
- Preparation of data-based recommendations and decision-making materials for R&D management
- Coordination of planning and reporting activities with R&D, Finance and other internal departments
- Development and improvement of financial planning and reporting processes
Your profile:
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in business planning, financial analysis, budgeting or controlling
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel; ERP/SAP experience is an advantage
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Fluent English and Korean language skills
