We are looking for a results\-driven SEO Specialist to improve our clients' search engine rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in technical SEO, on\-page optimization, keyword research, content strategy, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute SEO strategies for educational institutions and other clients. * Conduct keyword research based on search intent and admission\-related queries. * Perform on\-page SEO for websites, landing pages, and blogs. * Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, and URL structures. * Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues. * Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics. * Improve Core Web Vitals and website speed. * Perform competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities. * Build and execute ethical off\-page SEO and backlink strategies. * Prepare monthly SEO reports with rankings, traffic, and recommendations. * Collaborate with content writers, designers, and the Meta Ads team to improve campaign performance.
Required Skills
* 2\+ years of SEO experience. * Strong understanding of Google Search algorithms and ranking factors. * Hands\-on experience with: * Google Search Console * Google Analytics 4 (GA4\) * Google Tag Manager * SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools * Screaming Frog (preferred) * Experience with WordPress websites. * Knowledge of technical SEO, schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and website indexing. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with education industry websites. * Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization. * Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is an advantage. * Experience in SEO content planning and AI\-assisted content optimization.
