We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Learning & Development Specialist to provide temporary coverage during a maternity leave. This role will support learning initiatives, training administration, content organization, and learning program execution. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and consistently drives projects to completion. Key Responsibilities Support the administration and coordination of learning and development programs. Maintain and update training matrices, learning records, and training documentation. Assist with learning management system (LMS) activities and learning operations. Organize, track, and manage learning-related projects to ensure deadlines are met. Curate and refine existing content into learner-friendly formats. Create and edit PowerPoint presentations, training materials, content outlines, and job aids. Summarize complex information into clear, concise learning content. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and support learning initiatives. Monitor project timelines and proactively identify and resolve obstacles. Qualifications Experience supporting Learning & Development, Training, Organizational Development, or Talent Development functions. 2-4 years of experience Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS); Workday Learning experience is a plus but not required. Strong project coordination and organizational skills. Experience maintaining training matrices and learning documentation. Ability to create, edit, and refine presentation materials and learning content. Strong written communication skills with the ability to summarize information effectively. Comfortable working independently with limited direction. Demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities and changing business needs. Desired Traits Highly organized and detail-oriented.
