Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Electrical Engineer with Software proficiency to free lance on various projects in development . The ideal candidate will have a strong background Industrial circuit board design. I/O mofset relays ect ect This role will involve working on a variety of robotics and automation projects.
This position is in research and development so having skills in welding, fabrication, and general tools and knowledge are a plus.
Skills needed/desired
Understanding of servo/stepper/BLDC motors is a must and RS-485 Modbus coms and CAN.
Understanding of GPS systems and navigation type programs will be working with Bots that move from point to point vie GPS.
Understanding of Item/Face recognition systems
Understanding of Lidar sensors and point clouds

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Python, C++, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Proficiency in manufacturing processes and system design
- Experience with programmable logic controllers
- Strong knowledge of schematics and electrical engineering principles
- Understanding of FPGA, PCB design, and root cause analysis
- Relevant experience in mechanical engineering and surface mount technology

Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Create and analyze schematics and PCB layouts, integrating programmable logic controllers and FPGA technologies.
- Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
- Maintain documentation and specifications for all engineering projects.
- Build Prototype Robotic systems and aid in production layout
- Be able to help write software
