Responsibilities
- Oversee the engineering department, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Mentor and develop engineering staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement in line with the company values.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Implement best practices in engineering processes and safety compliance.
- Monitor KPIs and drive efficiency/effectiveness improvements.
- Work closely with production, quality assurance, PUD, Shipping and R&D teams to support operational excellence.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets and resource allocation.
