This role involves applying to over 100 job opportunities daily, customizing resumes to match specific job descriptions, and fostering professional connections with Hiring Managers, Talent Specialists, and IT Recruiters.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Applications: Apply to over 100 job opportunities daily on behalf of students using various job portals.
Resume Customization: Tailor and optimize resumes to align with specific job descriptions and industry
standards.
Professional Networking: Build and maintain professional relationships with Hiring Managers, Talent Specialists, and IT Recruiters.
Career Guidance: Provide personalized career guidance and support to students throughout their US job search journey.
Interview Preparation: Facilitate interview preparation by offering constructive feedback to enhance student readiness.
Networking Assistance: Assist students in networking with industry professionals to expand their career opportunities.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: Proven experience in career services, recruitment, or a related field.
Skills:
