Position Overview:
The Verifications Manager oversees daily primary source verification (PSV) operations for the DataFlow Group Manila office. Reporting to Operations Leadership, this role leads, coaches, and manages verification teams to ensure strict compliance with quality standards, turnaround times (SLAs), and operational performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Manage daily verification workflows, monitor team productivity, and ensure high-volume primary source checks are processed accurately and on time.
- Quality & SLA Compliance: Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), monitor error rates, and drive continuous quality improvements across all verification streams.
- Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and evaluate team leaders and specialists, fostering a high-performance culture and providing ongoing coaching.
- Process & Escalation Handling: Act as the primary point of contact for complex verification escalations, vendor queries, and operational bottlenecks to ensure swift resolution.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare operational performance reports, and implement process enhancements to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of any course, preferably Business-related
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in operations management, background screening, or primary source verification, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role within a BPO/shared services setup.
- Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Competencies: Proven ability to manage large teams under tight SLAs, analyze operational metrics, and drive process excellence.
