Job Summary :
We are looking for a passionate and analytical Business Analyst who can understand business requirements, analyze business problems, and recommend practical solutions. Freshers with strong analytical skills and a good understanding of Business Analysis concepts, along with candidates having 1–2 years of Business Analyst experience, are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Assist in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with Product, Development, and Management teams.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare business reports, presentations, and insights.
- Support requirement validation, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Required Skills
- Good understanding of Business Analysis concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good business acumen and logical thinking.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick learning and grasping ability.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech – Computer Science, Information Technology, AI & Data Science, or related streams. MBA – Business Analytics, Marketing, Finance, or Operations. BBA or equivalent with strong analytical skills.
- Preferred Skills :
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL.
- Basic understanding of Business Analysis documentation (BRD/FRD), SDLC, or Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.
- Academic projects, internships, or exposure to the Education or Retail domain will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
