**Job Summary :** We are looking for a passionate and analytical Business Analyst who can understand business requirements, analyze business problems, and recommend practical solutions. Freshers with strong analytical skills and a good understanding of Business Analysis concepts, along with candidates having 1–2 years of Business Analyst experience, are encouraged to apply.
**Key Responsibilities :**
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. * Assist in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD). * Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities. * Work closely with Product, Development, and Management teams. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis. * Prepare business reports, presentations, and insights. * Support requirement validation, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
**Required Skills**
* Good understanding of Business Analysis concepts. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Good business acumen and logical thinking.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Quick learning and grasping ability. * Strong documentation and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred Qualification**
* B.E./B.Tech – Computer Science, Information Technology, AI \& Data Science, or related streams. MBA – Business Analytics, Marketing, Finance, or Operations. BBA or equivalent with strong analytical skills. * **Preferred Skills :** * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL. * Basic understanding of Business Analysis documentation (BRD/FRD), SDLC, or Agile methodologies. * Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage. * Academic projects, internships, or exposure to the Education or Retail domain will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹240,000\.00 \- ₹300,000\.00 per year
