Your Tasks and Responsibilitites

Are you looking for a role where you inspire clients with innovative charging infrastructure solutions, build long-term business relationships, and guide infrastructure projects across Europe from the first idea to successful implementation?

Then the role of Sales & Project Manager e-Infrastructure Europe (m/f/d) is exactly the right fit for you.

The position can be carried out anywhere in Germany, with regular client visits in other European countries and occasional on-site meetings in Mannheim.

Your responsibilities:

  • You identify new business opportunities in the charging infrastructure sector across European markets.
  • You manage customer relationships in collaboration with our European sales subsidiaries and support the development of long-term partnerships.
  • You understand our customers' technical, operational and commercial requirements, as well as the specific characteristics of individual European markets, and work with internal departments to develop tailored solutions for charging infrastructure projects.
  • You support customer projects from a very early stage, including requirements analysis, feasibility assessments, concept development, proposal presentations and subsequent project implementation.
  • You position yourself as a trusted advisor and support customers in making strategic decisions related to electromobility, infrastructure development and depot concepts.
  • You coordinate the preparation of proposals, economic feasibility assessments and technical solution concepts, acting as the central point of contact between customers, internal departments and external partners.
  • You ensure the successful implementation of customer projects and coordinate collaboration between all relevant project stakeholders (e.g. construction managers and specialist planners).
  • You also support complex infrastructure projects, such as the expansion of bus depots or the development of new workshop and charging infrastructure facilities.
  • You support and coordinate our sales subsidiaries across Europe in all matters relating to the e-infrastructure business, ensuring effective collaboration between local eSystem Managers, infrastructure experts and central departments.
  • You support our sales subsidiaries in scaling our infrastructure business across European markets.

Your profile

  • You have at least 4 years of professional experience in sales, business development, key account management or managing complex customer projects involving technical products or services that require detailed consultation.
  • You hold a degree in business administration or a technical field, or alternatively have completed commercial and/or technical vocational training.
  • You have experience selling capital goods, infrastructure projects, technical system solutions or consulting-intensive services.
  • Ideally, you have experience with tenders and proposal processes.

  • You know how to bring together different internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are a communicative and sales-oriented individual who enjoys approaching people, building customer relationships and developing new business opportunities.
  • You have a confident and professional manner, communicate persuasively at different levels and can convince both technical and commercial stakeholders of your ideas.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • You are willing to travel regularly to customer meetings across Europe.
  • You have very good German and English language skills.
  • Proficiency in another relevant European language is a significant advantage.
