Project Management Specialist
Responsibilities:

Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities

Take ownership of assigned tasks and workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives

Coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

Identify potential challenges, risks, and dependencies, proactively proposing effective solutions

Facilitate meetings, discussions, decision-making processes, and conflict resolution

Monitor progress, follow up on action items, and ensure clear communication of project updates

Support stakeholder engagement and maintain strong working relationships across the organization

Adapt to changing project requirements and contribute to continuous process improvements
Requirements:

Approximately 5 years of professional experience in project coordination, project management support, or a similar role

Previous experience in the financial sector or another highly regulated industry

Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive tasks to completion

Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to managing priorities

Experience in facilitating discussions, supporting decision-making, and resolving conflicts
