What You'll Actually Be Doing

Running the room during your shifts — attendance, lead distribution, coaching reps, quality-checking transactions

Stepping in for the Campaign Manager when needed

Helping hire, train, and support the calling staff

Keeping accurate, timely reports in CenterStage

Making sure client transactions are on point

Generally being the reason the shift runs smoothly
