About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead Consultant to lead functional activities across Core HR, organisational management, reporting and access management.

Responsibilities

Lead Employee Central configuration, enhancements and functional support.

Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, workflows and Position Management.

Support employee data, Job Information, Personal Information and Compensation Information.

Manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and security requirements.

Support integrations, reporting, testing, UAT and production issue resolution.

Lead stakeholder discussions and guide functional teams.
Requirements
-
10+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, with strong hands-on Employee Central expertise.

Experience with Core HR processes and organisational structures.

Strong configuration, troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with implementation, enhancements or AMS/support engagements.

Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.

Knowledge of GDPR and employee data privacy.
