**Position: Dealer Supervisor 2 (Poker)**

**Location: Casino Vancouver**

Under the direct supervision of the Gaming Manager, this position is responsible for the execution of Poker table games, maintaining all company standards and thorough adherence to all safety and security policies and procedures while contributing to a safe and welcome work environment for all team members. Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports the company’s learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.

**Key Accountabilities**

* Develop and cultivate strong working relationships with guests, ownership, and team members while delivering warm, professional service. * Provide exceptional support to guests and team members, ensuring a welcoming and high‑energy environment. * Monitor Poker Dealers in assigned areas, maintain game integrity, oversee game limits, and ensure accurate cash/value transactions. * Support the implementation of Poker operational and strategic plans. * Verify floats, fills, credits, and tip transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures. * Respond to concerns, resolve issues promptly, or escalate matters when required. * Liaises and communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments. * Develops and cultivates strong working relationships with all stakeholders: guests, ownership and team members. * Contribute to a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere where guests and team members feel valued. * Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations. * Perform other duties as assigned or directed.

**Education and Qualifications**

* Minimum 1 year of Poker experience. * Supervisory experience is an asset. * Strong knowledge of poker rules, casino operations, and gaming regulations, typically supported by experience in casino environments. * Familiarity with casino management systems. * Cash/Chips handling procedures are required. * Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and customer service skills help in managing staff and ensuring a positive player experience. * Ability to exceed internal and external guest expectations through timely, effective and service oriented communication. * Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays. * Computer skills and Microsoft office skills are required. * Ability to successfully obtain a gaming worker license. * Serving it Right Certification.

**Work Environment Considerations**

* Regular casino environment, standing for long periods of time, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stretching, bending, interruptions, and non\-traditional work hours.
