Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable MERN applications.
- Build secure REST APIs and backend services.
- Integrate frontend with backend efficiently.
- Collaborate on product architecture and feature planning.
- Optimize application performance and security.
- Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with the MERN Stack.
- Good understanding of database design and API development.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Ability to work independently and meet project milestones.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Compensation
- Revenue Sharing Basis until successful project completion.
- No fixed monthly salary during the development phase.
- Revenue share will be as mutually agreed before project commencement.
- Upon project completion, minimal maintenance work will be provided with separate maintenance compensation as applicable.
