Individually structured on portable book and experience: competitive base + 15% origination credit on all business brought in, including cross-selling credit. Real estate partners with $1M+ books may be offered department leadership. 4 full-time marketing professionals, BD budget, and lower-than-NYC rates.
Location: Roseland, Woodbridge or Red Bank, NJ; New York, NY. Hybrid, flexible; new offices (e.g. Princeton, New York) possible for the right group. Visa: not open to any visas.

Leverage Greenbaum's lower-than-NYC rates to retain price-sensitive clients and win new ones
