Marketing Manager
Deepchill Solutions Inc. is a growing company introducing our game-changing technology to various industry verticals (Protein, Bakeries, Process Cooling and Ice Pigging). We make equipment that primarily gets food colder-faster so it stays fresher-longer. Just like how milk sitting in the sun will spoil in hours, whereas milk in the fridge will last many days, our technology can extend the shelf life of protein and produce products by 100% or more!
In this role, you will be working closely with The Director of Sales to manage the marketing tasks with a focus on driving activity through various channels (email marketing campaigns, LinkedIn, Advertisements, Website Chat, etc.) and respond to inquiries as Deepchill’s first point of contact. The perfect candidate is someone who is comfortable both making social media posts and speaking to real people on a daily basis.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Manage and optimize the organization’s social media channels
· Under the supervision of The Director of Sales, design and deliver newsletters and occasional podcasts and/or webinars
· Monitor and report campaign performance and make actionable recommendations
· Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for tradeshows and conferences
· Book travel and accommodation as well as attend events in various locations including the United States
· Identify potential clients and initiate contact with key decision-makers
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and opportunities in our CRM system
· Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
· Drive visits to the website
Qualifications
· 5+ years of marketing experience
· Proven ability to execute multiple projects while prioritizing deliverables
· Excellent project management or organizational skills, with a high attention to detail
· Hubspot, Zoho, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva experience is an asset
· Data-driven and can analyze metrics and adjust strategy to optimize performance
· Understanding of SEO, and paid campaigns
· Self-starter with a discipline for goal setting, metrics, and driving decisions
· Strong communication skills, verbal and written
