Delaware North Australia is seeking a commercially focused Senior Manager Growth Marketing to drive customer growth at Mindil Beach Casino Resort.
You’ll lead customer growth, loyalty and engagement strategies that increase visitation, retention, customer value and revenue across Gaming, Accommodation and Food & Beverage. Leading a marketing team, you’ll turn customer insights, behavioural data and market trends into personalised experiences and measurable commercial results.

What will you do?
- Develop customer growth, loyalty and retention strategies aligned to revenue goals
- Grow loyalty membership, engagement and retention
- Lead lifecycle marketing across acquisition, engagement, retention and reactivation
- Increase visitation, spend and lifetime value across Gaming, Accommodation and Food & Beverage
- Deliver targeted campaigns and promotions with measurable ROI
- Use customer data, segmentation and market trends to uncover growth opportunities
- Partner across Gaming, VIP, Loyalty, Hotel, Food & Beverage, Entertainment and Operations
- Execute approved plans and campaigns
- Lead and develop a high-performing, accountable team
- Ensure compliance with privacy, regulatory and responsible gaming requirements
More about you
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline
- Experienced in CRM, loyalty, lifecycle, customer or growth marketing
- Proven success using engagement, retention and loyalty strategies to deliver commercial results
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end campaigns, driving commercial growth and business outcomes
- Strong analytical skills and experience with customer insights, segmentation and behavioural data
- A track record of leading high-performing marketing teams
- Commercial acumen across revenue growth, customer value and marketing ROI
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in gaming, hospitality, tourism, entertainment or another customer-led environment is highly regarded
