Your work profile
- We are looking for Manager/Senior Manager with deep understanding of the Chemical value chain
- Strong communicator with experience presenting at industry events
- Ability to manage teams and deliver complex projects independently.
- Lead on advisory engagement across the Chemical value chain.
- Support regulatory interpretation and policy advisory.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery and client engagements.
- Conduct market assessments, feasibility studies, and financial models.
- Drive client workshops and executive presentations.
- Support digital transformation initiatives in the sector.
- Lead business development, proposals, and thought leadership.
- Manage and mentor consulting teams.
- Good understanding of Excel
Skills
- In-depth sector knowledge in Chemical space.
- 10-12 years in advisory/consulting roles within Chemicals sector
- Strong understanding of Indian regulatory landscape
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience handling multiple engagements independently.
- Exposure to digital projects preferred
- Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience required
- Experience with Indian regulatory frameworks and digital transformation preferred
Qualifications
- MBA from premier institute; B.E./B.Tech (desirable)
