Your role and your tasks:
As a (Junior) Project Manager- 3D & Videoproduction (m/f/x), you plan, coordinate, and oversee Content Creation projects across 3D/AR, photoclips, CGI, and UGC videos.
- Project Coordination: Plan, monitor, and steer projects end-to-end, keeping timelines and deliverables on track.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the central contact between clients (Samsung, Logitech, Philips, Bose, and more), influencers, and our production team, ensuring requirements and expectations are met.
- Influencer Collaboration: Manage influencer partnerships for UGC videos and work closely with our internal team on 3D/AR and photo clip projects.
- Sourcing: Identify and onboard new influencers and agencies that fit our project needs.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet agreed standards and clients are satisfied.
- Reporting: Provide management with regular updates on progress and challenges.

- You bring strong project management skills, staying organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively even as requirements shift.
- You communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing, and adapt easily between informal and formal tone.
- You proactively tackle obstacles and find solutions, whether independently or with the team.
- You are fluent in German and English; any additional language is an advantage.
