**Your role and your tasks:**
As a **(Junior) Project Manager\- 3D \& Videoproduction (m/f/x),** you plan, coordinate, and oversee Content Creation projects across 3D/AR, photoclips, CGI, and UGC videos.
* **Project Coordination:** Plan, monitor, and steer projects end\-to\-end, keeping timelines and deliverables on track. * **Client \& Stakeholder Communication:** Act as the central contact between clients (Samsung, Logitech, Philips, Bose, and more), influencers, and our production team, ensuring requirements and expectations are met. * **Influencer Collaboration:** Manage influencer partnerships for UGC videos and work closely with our internal team on 3D/AR and photo clip projects. * **Sourcing:** Identify and onboard new influencers and agencies that fit our project needs. * **Quality Assurance:** Ensure projects meet agreed standards and clients are satisfied. * **Reporting:** Provide management with regular updates on progress and challenges.
**Now let's talk about you:**
* You bring solid knowledge of **3D modeling** and **film/video production** processes. * You bring strong **project management skills,** staying organized, detail\-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively even as requirements shift. * You **communicate** **clearly** and confidently, both verbally and in writing, and adapt easily between informal and formal tone. * You **proactively tackle obstacles and find solutions**, whether independently or with the team. * You are **fluent in German** and **English**; any additional language is an advantage.
