We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in US Recruitment and complete end-to-end hiring.
🔹 Key Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in US Recruitment

Strong knowledge of the US hiring lifecycle

Hands-on experience with US visa processes & compliance

Updated US immigration knowledge is a plus

Good understanding of US tax terms

Familiarity with ATS platforms

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced US shift environment
