**The team** Recruitment Services provides expert advice and support to the department on all recruitment related matters, including attraction, selection, redeployment and other recruitment and retention practices. We deliver consultative, progressive, innovative, fair and ethical recruitment solutions for our stakeholders and candidates. The Talent Attraction and Campaigns team within Recruitment Services manage the delivery of state\-wide recruitment and selection campaigns within the Department of Justice and Community Safety (DJCS), using consistent and merit\-based selection processes.**The role** As a key contributor to the high performing team, you will be responsible for managing end\-to\-end selection processes and for high\-volume front\-line roles. The Recruitment Campaigns Adviser effectively partners with hiring managers and external providers to screen and select high quality candidates by attracting talent, developing best practice selection methodology, developing campaign delivery plans, monitoring performance and quality of process being administered, develop and recommend contingency strategies to meet forecasted requirements and escalate any service provider non\-compliance or performance issues to the Assistant Manager in a timely manner. You will partner with Recruitment Officers (VPS3\) to assist with design, delivery and administrative tasks related to recruitment selection processes.**About you** Successful candidates for this role will demonstrate an ability to work together with colleagues across all components of a recruitment process including advertising, screening, scheduling, administering interviews, supporting face\-to\-face assessments including assessment centres, and completing a range of security checks for candidates. Other unique or supporting skills, such as knowledge of best practice recruitment methodologies, use of psychometric tools, recruitment of diverse candidates, data analysis and reporting, research, role play and simulation development and execution or training would be highly regarded.**The offer** In return you will be provided with the opportunity to work in an interesting and varied environment, with a large and supportive recruitment professionals team that can help you to develop your skills.
