**What you will do** As principal data and performance analyst, you will lead data analysis and performance reporting for the victims of crime financial assistance scheme. You will turn complex data into clear insights that improve services and support better decisions. You will:* lead **strategic** data analysis and performance reporting across the financial assistance scheme * develop and improve **clear** Salesforce and Tableau Next dashboards for performance monitoring * deliver **high\-quality** reports, briefs and advice for senior leaders * identify **practical** ways to improve data quality, reporting and service delivery * provide **expert** guidance that builds stronger data capability across teams.

**About you** A relevant tertiary qualification with a strong analytical component is desirable. Qualifications in data science, mathematics, actuarial studies, statistics or a related field will be highly regarded. You should also have:* **strong** skills in developing performance reporting frameworks, dashboards and data visualisations * **proven** ability to analyse complex data and provide clear, practical insights * **excellent** written and verbal communication skills for reports, briefings and advice * **advanced** problem\-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and systems thinking.
