Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and research-oriented Technical Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to understand technical concepts and transform them into clear, engaging, and informative content.
The role involves creating high-quality content related to SaaS, software development, web development, mobile applications, cloud technologies, AI, and other emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Write high-quality technical content for websites, blogs, landing pages, product pages, case studies, and other digital platforms.
- Research and create content related to SaaS products, software development, web applications, mobile applications, cloud technologies, AI, and digital solutions.
- Simplify complex technical concepts into clear and engaging content for different audiences.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, marketing teams, and designers to gather technical information.
- Create SEO-friendly content while maintaining accuracy, quality, and readability.
- Write content for software products, features, services, and technology solutions.
- Develop blogs, articles, website content, case studies, and marketing content.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
- Proofread and edit content to maintain high standards of grammar and quality.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and content standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in technology, SaaS, AI, and digital marketing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Technical Content Writing, Content Writing, or Technology Writing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand and write about technical topics.
- Basic understanding of SaaS, software development, web technologies, mobile applications, and cloud technologies.
- Experience writing blogs, website content, product content, case studies, and technical articles.
- Understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Strong proofreading and editing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with an IT services, SaaS, software, or technology company.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other Content Management Systems.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Knowledge of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) will be an added advantage.
- Experience creating content for B2B technology audiences is preferred.
