- Consult with management, employees and key stakeholders to understand business requirements, operational challenges and strategic objectives.
- Identify and analyse problems relating to business strategy, policies, organisational procedures, working methods and operational processes.
- Gather, document and analyse business requirements to support the development and implementation of effective business solutions.
- Determine appropriate methods for collecting business data and conducting research to support analysis and decision-making.
- Analyse and interpret business, operational and performance data to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Review existing business processes and workflows and recommend changes to improve efficiency, productivity and overall business performance.
- Develop process maps, business requirements, workflow documentation and other business analysis documentation.
- Formulate practical recommendations and solutions based on business analysis and research findings.
- Prepare business cases, feasibility assessments and impact analyses for proposed process, operational or organisational changes.
- Evaluate the potential operational and financial impact of proposed business solutions and changes.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business needs and agree proposed solutions.
- Liaise with management and relevant departments to communicate findings, recommendations and business requirements.
- Support the implementation of approved business process improvements, organisational changes and operational solutions.
- Monitor implemented solutions and evaluate their effectiveness against agreed business objectives and performance requirements.
- Identify business and operational risks and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate identified issues.
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations for management, outlining findings, business impacts and recommended actions.
- Maintain accurate records of business requirements, analysis, processes, recommendations and implementation outcomes.
Pay: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
