The company: We're building AI agents that do the real work of enterprise SAP development — writing code, driving live SAP systems, and generating the deliverables that today take consultants months. The hire: We're hiring DevOps Engineers from the Philippines — and we'll personally mentor you as you take real ownership of our platform. Our founder built and scaled Coding Dojo, one of the most successful U.S. coding bootcamps (later acquired); his co-founder helped grow it. We'll teach you what it takes to run production systems at a senior level in months instead of years, then back you as you build real infrastructure on a small team.
Requirements: You don't need to know AI agents or SAP — we'll teach you. The one requirement we can't teach: solid hands-on fundamentals in Linux, cloud, containers, and CI/CD.
What you'll build (Kubernetes + Cloud): CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe releases; multi-tenant Kubernetes isolation; infrastructure as code; isolated sandboxes where our AI agents run in production; cross-service observability, monitoring, and logging. Frontier problems that make you a great engineer fast.
Why it's a smart bet: PMF is already behind us. Our AI platform is taking off with top consulting firms and Fortune 100 prospects; our enterprise data-quality platform is live with two Fortune 100 customers and an Accenture partnership. Founded by Stanford GSB alumni, seed-funded by Ulu Ventures, currently in StartX.
You are: a DevOps or infrastructure engineer with ~1–4 years of experience; hungry, high-agency, an excellent written + verbal communicator, and deeply coachable.
