Company is seeking an experienced **Project Head** to lead and oversee infrastructure and environmental projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project execution, team leadership, client and stakeholder coordination, budgeting, quality assurance, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining compliance with all statutory and safety requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead end\-to\-end execution of infrastructure and environmental projects. * Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. * Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities. * Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, environmental norms, and safety standards. * Manage project risks, resolve technical challenges, and implement corrective actions. * Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and project documentation. * Oversee procurement, contract administration, and vendor management. * Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings. * Prepare project status reports and present updates to senior management. * Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and industry best practices. * Lead, mentor, and manage project managers, engineers, and site teams. * Drive continuous improvement in project execution and operational efficiency. * Support tender preparation, project planning, and business development activities.
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech). * Master's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or MBA is preferred. * 15\+ years of experience in infrastructure, civil, environmental, or EPC projects. * Experience in leading large\-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.
**Skills Required**
* Strong leadership and team management skills. * Expertise in project planning, execution, and project lifecycle management. * Knowledge of civil construction, environmental, and infrastructure projects. * Excellent budgeting, cost control, and financial management skills. * Strong understanding of contracts, tendering, BOQs, and procurement processes. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent stakeholder, client, and government liaisoning skills. * Knowledge of statutory approvals, regulatory compliance, and environmental standards. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making abilities. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Experience in risk management and conflict resolution. * Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Strong documentation and reporting skills. * Quality assurance and safety management knowledge. * Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹65,000\.00 per month
