We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated National Operations Manager to join our team. This critical role will be responsible for managing operations across key accounts within the Technology & Service Logistics sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial acumen and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that excite and delight our customers with Big & Bulky or Major Appliances in a Finished Goods environment.. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage the growth of operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Provide expert knowledge and experience in specialised operational requirements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide direction and leadership for the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Utilise in-depth commercial acumen to identify opportunities for profitable growth and implement strategies that enhance operational performance.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, delivering innovative solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Oversee new business implementations, ensuring successful integration and operation of services

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Major Appliance and Consumer Electronics industry experience
- An understanding of a Domestic Transport network and the value of an integrated Warehouse and Transport solution
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the logistics or supply chain sector.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of driving team performance and engagement.
- In-depth commercial acumen with experience in managing profitable growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
