We are hiring a D365 BC HR & Payroll Consultant to lead HR & Payroll projects. The role involves understanding client needs, gathering data, and implementing Business Central solutions. Responsibilities include documenting requirements, configuring the system, and providing user training. Strong knowledge of HR & Payroll functions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel are essential. Proficiency in Excel and data handling is also required.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Will be leading our D365 BC HR & Payroll projects.
- Understanding the needs of a client's business and help them get the most value from the system.
- Data gathering, preparation and import into Business Central Document business requirements and functional specifications using Microsoft’s Sure step methodology (GAP Fit analysis and Functional Requirements Documentation).
- Understand user and system requirements and identify specific enhancement customizations if necessary.
- Implement and deploy Dynamics 365 Business Central software (design, configure, train, support).
- You will be providing quality Dynamics training sessions and follow up training materials to proactively service our customers throughout the whole implementation cycle.
