Roles & Responsibility
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking, to
attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to assess their qualifications
and fit for the role.

Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and assessments.

Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process,
providing updates and feedback as needed.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
for each position.
- Job Posting and Advertisement: Write and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract candidates for open
positions.

Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.

Data Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the
applicant tracking system.
Requirements/Required

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is a plus.
