About the Role
Digital Brand Co-pilot is looking for a WordPress Developer with strong website designing skills who can create modern, responsive, user-friendly and visually attractive websites for our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both WordPress development and website design, rather than only installing themes or plugins.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain professional WordPress websites.
- Design responsive and visually appealing website layouts.
- Customize WordPress themes, templates and plugins.
- Build websites using Elementor / Elementor Pro and similar page builders.
- Ensure websites work properly on desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
- Customize CSS, HTML and basic JavaScript when required.
- Improve website speed, usability and overall user experience.
- Integrate contact forms, WhatsApp, payment gateways and other required features.
- Perform website updates, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Implement basic on-page SEO and technical best practices.
- Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to deliver client projects on time.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of WordPress.
- Good website designing and UI/UX sense.
- Practical experience with Elementor.
- Good knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript/PHP is an advantage.
- Responsive web design skills.
- Understanding of domains, hosting, SSL and WordPress deployment.
- Ability to convert client requirements into professional website designs.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Candidate
We are especially looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
- Good visual/designing skills
- Creative website layout ideas
- Clean and professional design sense
- Ability to create websites from scratch
- Good understanding of typography, spacing, colors and user experience
- A portfolio of previous WordPress websites
Portfolio is highly preferred and may be requested during the selection process.
Performance Expectations
- Complete assigned websites within agreed timelines.
- Maintain professional design and development standards.
- Minimize errors and ensure proper testing before delivery.
- Take ownership of assigned projects.
- Communicate clearly regarding project progress and technical issues.
- Performance Target: Employees will be assigned a monthly project target based on the number and complexity of websites, along with SEO and affiliate marketing tasks.
