Commercial Performance: Monitor conversion, revenue, engagement, retention, average order value, and other relevant product measures.
Prioritisation: Evaluate competing requirements and make clear decisions about which initiatives should be delivered first.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate product priorities, delivery progress, risks, and decisions clearly to internal teams and business stakeholders.
Product Discovery: Lead discovery activities to understand customer problems, business requirements, and potential digital solutions.
Cross Functional Coordination: Align technology, design, marketing, commercial, and operational teams around shared product goals.
Performance Reporting: Prepare regular product updates, roadmap reviews, performance summaries, and recommendations for management.
Continuous Improvement: Review launched products and identify opportunities to improve usability, performance, customer satisfaction, and commercial outcomes.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in digital product management, ecommerce, online retail, software products, or a related environment.
Product Management: Strong experience managing product roadmaps, priorities, requirements, and cross functional delivery.
Digital Commerce Knowledge: Good understanding of ecommerce platforms, online customer journeys, product catalogues, checkout processes, and digital merchandising.
