Job Summary
We are seeking a results\-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize online marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate has experience with SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, content creation, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. * Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). * Improve website visibility through SEO best practices and keyword optimization. * Create and manage content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms. * Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights. * Manage email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and automation. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities. * Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to support marketing initiatives. * Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversions, lead generation, and ROI. * Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. * 1\+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. * Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing. * Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console. * Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation platforms. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. * Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools. * Basic understanding of HTML/CSS. * Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or related platforms.
