**Job Overview**
We are looking for a proactive and detail\-orientated project coordinator to oversee the execution of digital marketing projects of Google ads, Meta Ads, etc. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients and internal teams, track project progress, ensure timely delivery, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Digital marketing agency experience will be an added advantage.
**Roles \& Responsibilities**
* Coordinate and manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously. * Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. * Plan project timelines, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion. * Follow up with designers, content writers, developers, and marketing teams on project deliverables. * Share regular project updates with clients and address their queries professionally. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports. * Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and ensure timely resolution. * Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports using Excel and Google Sheets. * Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards. * Support the team in improving project workflows and coordination.
**Requirements**
* 3\-5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role. * Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred. * Excellent communication and client management skills for international clients. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
