Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. You will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and performance of our software applications and mobile/web code. You will work closely with our development team to identify bugs, execute test cases, and help maintain high-quality standards before our products go live.

Key Responsibilities:
- Test Execution: Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure they meet functional and design requirements.
- Bug Reporting: Identify, document, and track software defects using issue-tracking tools. You will be responsible for providing clear, reproducible steps to the development team.
- Test Case Development: Assist in creating and maintaining test plans, test scenarios, and checklists for new and existing features.
- Code Verification: Review application logs and simple code segments to assist in debugging and root-cause analysis.
- Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, sprint reviews, and provide feedback on the user experience and application performance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of testing results, updates, and quality metrics.
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in B.Tech, BCA, or MCS (or related technical field).
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing concepts.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or Java) to assist in reading/testing code.
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL) and API testing (e.g., using Postman) is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Great attention to detail and a "detective" mindset.
- Good communication skills to explain bugs effectively to developers.
