**Role Overview:** We are looking for a detail\-oriented and motivated QA Intern to join our team for a 6\-month internship. You will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and performance of our software applications and mobile/web code. You will work closely with our development team to identify bugs, execute test cases, and help maintain high\-quality standards before our products go live.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Test Execution:** Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure they meet functional and design requirements. * **Bug Reporting:** Identify, document, and track software defects using issue\-tracking tools. You will be responsible for providing clear, reproducible steps to the development team. * **Test Case Development:** Assist in creating and maintaining test plans, test scenarios, and checklists for new and existing features. * **Code Verification:** Review application logs and simple code segments to assist in debugging and root\-cause analysis. * **Collaboration:** Participate in team meetings, sprint reviews, and provide feedback on the user experience and application performance. * **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of testing results, updates, and quality metrics.
**Qualifications:**
* **Education:** Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in B.Tech, BCA, or MCS (or related technical field). * **Technical Skills:** * Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing concepts. * Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or Java) to assist in reading/testing code. * Basic knowledge of databases (SQL) and API testing (e.g., using Postman) is a plus. * **Soft Skills:** * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Great attention to detail and a "detective" mindset. * Good communication skills to explain bugs effectively to developers.
